24 hour Monitoring

We provide a 24 - hour, 7 days a week remote monitoring and management bureau running our own ActiveFM software. The bureau can access data over standard telephone networks or the Internet and our team constantly monitor the data as it happens.

We can then take action depending on the nature of the problem and the Client's instructions.
Our systems are designed to be fully transparent and to give the Client immediate access to all the data and decision making.

Design & Manufacture

We design and manufacture control systems for the refrigeration industry and for full building facilities control. These devices are designed for flexibility and reliability. The systems are Internet Protocol based and can be fully configured.

There is a range of pre designed software suites built into the controllers, but, if they don't suit your needs you can create your own complex control algorithms using "Data Builder".Our systems are designed to be fully transparent and to give the Client immediate access to all the data and decision making.

Technical Support & Training

RDM does not have a service department, it’s an expense that no-one wants or needs. However, we do provide free training and free technical support, backed up with a complete on-line technical library. All designed to give you the flexibility and freedom to choose your installation and service providers.
